For motel rooms and cabins, check in time is 3:00 PM, check out time is 10:00 AM, regardless of your meeting space check-in and check out times. Groups may be charged for keys not returned and for late check outs.

Conference cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the conference date will receive a refund minus an $80. per person cancellation fee. Conference cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the conference date will be billed for the total amount of the conference.

Our facilities are smoke free. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please use caution to protect our natural environment and exercise proper disposal of refuse to keep our facility clean. Guests may be charged a fine should they smoke in any building or sleeping room.
