Things you need to know when ordering a NC State Parks plate:

    • For an online application, you must login to your "myNCDMV" profile, click "Vehicle Services", and then "order a special or personalized plate". 
    • This specialty plate is called North Carolina State Parks. 
    • If you prefer to visit a DMV office or mail in your application, please download the form here.


Proceeds from NC State Parks specialty license plate purchases are donated to North Carolina Friends of State Parks.
